About Thea
Thea brings to LPA a range of expertise in applying creative strategy to visual designs in both digital and physical media. As a strategic advisor, Thea supports the firm’s creative team with creative counsel to improve the overall aesthetic and quality of public affairs campaigns, websites and digital projects.
Thea has more than seven years of experience working with small businesses and nonprofits to provide design and strategy services including brand strategy and identity, graphic design, website design and digital content creation. Formerly, she worked as a senior designer for Comstock’s Magazine, where her cover design for the 2019 Capitol Region Office Guide was awarded second place by the California News Publishers Association.
Thea also worked at the UC Davis Center for Design in the Public Interest, researching visual communications as they relate to pain management and opioid addiction. Thea graduated from the University of California, Davis with a bachelor of arts degree in design. She also studied various aspects of business, including business law, organizational management, accounting and micro/macro-economics.
