Taylor supports LPA by bringing in new talent and growing each team member’s leadership abilities through professional development opportunities and tailored coaching. She executes both through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Before joining LPA, Taylor spent seven years in talent acquisition and internal mobility at Robert Half International and Meta. As a recruiter, Taylor sourced technical and nontechnical talent for clients in San Francisco and Meta’s Enterprise Engineering team. Most recently, as an Internal Mobility Partner at Meta, Taylor worked with full-time employees on new career opportunities by supporting them through the internal interview process, providing interview preparation and coaching on professional development.
Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Spanish from Sonoma State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois, Chicago. In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, hiking and cooking.
