Taylor Buck provides project management and strategic communications support to LPA’s clients across several issue areas including higher education, insurance and biotechnology. She brings writing, media, research and design expertise to LPA, aiding clients in legislative, litigation and corporate communications campaigns.
Before joining LPA, Taylor began her career working for PRO Youth and Families launching and facilitating the Sacramento Area Council of Governments’ Youth Leadership Academy. She previously led the Sacramento Youth Alliance Community Action Team, advocating for transitional-aged youth. Earlier, she served as an intern for Congressmember Ami Bera, State Senator Darrell Steinberg and Sacramento City Councilmember Rick Jennings II.
A graduate of the University of California, Davis, Taylor majored in political science and minored in American studies. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time with family.
