Kristie contributes her skills in writing, research and stakeholder engagement to support strategic communications for clients across a variety of policy areas.
Prior to joining LPA, Kristie worked with various partners to advance changes in healthcare, education, and natural resource stewardship. She brings her experience from Dewey Square Group and Transform Health, where she executed grassroots initiatives and engaged with corporate, non-profit, public and government agency clients.
Kristie served an appointed term as a Board Director on the Isla Vista Community Services District, a local government agency created to ensure a higher quality of life for the community near Santa Barbara, California. She served on the financial and social committees, managing over $1.3 million to localize public services and maximize resources. While on the district board, Kristie advocated for solutions to challenges related to public health, women’s rights and representation.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, double majoring in Sociology and Asian American Studies. Kristie is passionate about increasing the quality of healthcare, environmental protection and cultural inclusivity. She enjoys spending time in nature with loved ones.
