About Hayley
Hayley brings extensive experience in research, writing and event coordination to LPA clients across a variety of issue areas, including energy, natural resources, broadband and public health.
Prior to joining LPA, Hayley worked at Oak Tree Strategies and Skelton Strategies, where she navigated complex policy issues at both the state and federal level. She previously served under Governor Jerry Brown during the Global Climate Action Summit where she spearheaded on-the-ground logistics and coordination for national and international delegates, staff, affiliate partners and celebrity speakers.
Hayley earned her bachelor’s degree in international business at California State University, Sacramento, where she competed for four years as a Division I Track and Field athlete and served as captain of her team. Her love for politics began when Hayley served as an NCAA liaison for her track team, tasked with briefing her teammates on sports policy.
When she isn’t navigating complex policy issues, you can find Hayley spending time with her family and living an active lifestyle by working out with friends.
