About Faye

Faye Venteicher is an Account Supervisor at Lucas Public Affairs, where she supports and executes integrated public affairs and communications campaigns.

Faye brings experience across a range of policy areas, including workers’ compensation, transportation, food and beverage, health care and housing, with a focus on coalition building and stakeholder engagement. She began her public affairs career as a Digital Communications Manager at Shaw Yoder Antwih Schmelzer & Lange (SYASL), where she worked on statewide policy efforts, trade association advocacy and ballot initiatives, supporting campaigns through targeted digital strategy and outreach.

She later joined Dewey Square Group as an Associate, where she worked on housing and retail issues, with a focus on grassroots and grasstops advocacy campaigns. In this role, she supported coalition building efforts and helped advance strategic communications initiatives on a statewide and national level to meet campaign and policy objectives.

Faye brings a strong understanding of California’s political and regulatory landscape and helps clients navigate complex issues and advance effective public affairs strategies.
