Allan was a thoughtful and wise leader whose counsel was sought by leaders at all levels of business, government and politics for all of his career.
He brought tremendous value and commonsense experience to any conversation around public policy and will be sorely missed by so many. We and countless others had the great gift, for three decades, of working for and with him both inside and outside state government and witnessing the imprint he made on the large and small decisions which guide the present and future prosperity of our state.
Our firm valued his wisdom, so much so that we added him to our roster almost immediately following his retirement.
