SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Lucas Public Affairs (LPA), a leading California public affairs firm in communication and strategy has promoted three key staff members — Daisy Castellón to account supervisor, Connor Jang to senior account executive and Xavier Roque to account executive.

Daisy has been with the firm since she started as an account coordinator in June 2017. In her new role, Daisy will oversee client initiatives and continue providing strategic and creative direction to LPA’s health care, civic engagement and higher education clients. Connor and Xavierboth served as summer interns and apprentices and quickly became valued members of the team.

In his new position, Connor will take a lead role in project management, strategy, writing and media relations for clients across California’s most complex issue areas. Xavier will increase his level of responsibility in managing and contributing to the success of clients.
