We are excited to announce the promotion of Kylie Cooper to account supervisor at Lucas Public Affairs. Since joining our team, Kylie has demonstrated exceptional leadership in developing and executing strategic communications and public affairs campaigns across a broad range of policy areas, including telecommunications, technology, business and energy.

Along with serving as a mentor for new team members, she also helps lead the firm’s development of AI guidelines and tools to enhance client service. In her new role, Kylie will continue leveraging her expertise to help clients strategically navigate California’s diverse and evolving policy landscape.

Before joining LPA, Kylie managed Instagram’s content strategy outreach with political and government global stakeholders at Meta and held communications positions with the Northern California Water Association and the Peace Officers Research Association of California. She worked in the California Legislature for three years, supporting constituent services and community outreach.
