I am writing to share some fantastic news: LPA has promoted Daisy Castellón to Vice President.
Daisy provides strategic communications, media relations and social media counsel to our clients in industries such as public health, technology and higher education. She leads much of LPA’s mission-driven and civic work ranging from broadband access to homelessness and housing issues.
She has led high-profile campaigns, including managing the first-ever Governor’s Task Force on Alzheimer’s, where she oversaw the development of a comprehensive policy roadmap for how the state can lead the fight for families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.
Daisy also helps lead the state’s Spanish-earned media efforts on COVID-19 vaccinations and safety measures as part of LPA’s work with the “Your Actions Save Lives” and “Vaccinate All 58” COVID-19 public awareness campaigns.
I am also proud to announce that LPA has promoted Drake Baglietto to Senior Account Executive. Drake brings a diverse array of experiences and creative insights in public affairs, media relations and political engagement to his work on a variety of industries and issues, including entertainment, finance and aging.
We also welcome Kimberly Johnson to LPA as an administrative assistant to help support the executive team and agency operations as the firm continues to grow its talent and service offerings.
Please join me in congratulating Daisy and Drake for stepping into new roles and Kimberly for joining the team!
