As Lucas Public Affairs continues to expand our talent and expertise, I am excited to announce the addition of Hayley Carbullido as an Account Executive.

Hayley joins us from Oak Tree Strategies and Skelton Strategies, where she provided communications and policy support for clients on issues like energy, higher education and aging at both the state and federal level. She previously served under Governor Jerry Brown during the Global Climate Action Summit, where she spearheaded on-the-ground logistics and coordination for national and international delegates, staff, affiliate partners and celebrity speakers.

Prior to her role at the Global Climate Action Summit, Hayley earned her undergraduate degree at California State University, Sacramento, where she competed for four years as a Division I Track and Field athlete and served as captain of her team.
