Reflecting innovation and growth at LPA, the agency announced the following promotions.

Mark Borges was promoted to Senior Account Executive and will continue leading client teams across a variety of policy areas including natural resources, energy and education. Before joining LPA, Mark served as an executive analyst for California’s Secretary for Natural Resources Wade Crowfoot.

Chelsea Jimenez was promoted to Creative Specialist, bringing a range of expertise including graphic design, branding, digital marketing and video production to her work. Chelsea has supported the brand development and web design for e-learning course platform, the California Policy Collaborative, as well as developed fact sheets, social media toolkits and newsletter campaigns for issues covering higher education, energy, social equity and gun violence.

Xavier Cardenas was promoted to Account Coordinator. Xavier provides client support across key issue areas affecting our state including energy, public health and safety, aging and higher education. He joined LPA after a successful stretch in sales and marketing.
